Payment Policy:

Personal Computer Accessories will not process your credit card until your order is shipped. If an
item is out of stock or if we are too busy to ship your order immediately, we will wait to process
your credit card. (When placing your order on-line, your credit card is only authorized during the
check-out procedure, it is not immediately charged.)

Personal Computer Accessories also accepts Purchase Orders (PO's), Personal Checks, and
Money Orders. Please send them to our office address below. Note: There is a 20% Re-Stocking
Fee for all returned orders processed via Purchase Order, Personal Check, and/or Money Order.

Return Policy:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returns are accepted during the first 30 days only. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
must be obtained prior to returning items. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. You will not
receive any credit or refund if you fail to first obtain an RMA. Some items, such as furniture,
have a 20% restocking fee, imposed by the manufacturer.

Opened software can only be replaced for the identical product, no refunds or exchanges.

To request a Return Authorization for an item, please send an email to
customerservice @personalcomputeraccessories.com. Please include your name, address,
phone number, and order number so we can process your request as soon as possible.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked,
such as UPS. Please insure your return and be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee
refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method. The customer is
responsible for return shipping charges.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of receipt of the return to our suppliers. Please allow
up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit
cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

There are no refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges.

Returns must be in the original carton and condition with all documentation, packing materials,
diskettes, and parts.

Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change. Items may be discontinued at any
time, in which case Personal Computer Accessories will contact the purchaser to substitute a
similar item or cancel that portion of the order.

Quantity Discounts: Larger quantity discounts are available, please email scott @
personalcomputeraccessories.com for pricing.

Product Warranties

All items are covered by warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you
experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the
manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement.

We do not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make
any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular
problem that you are experiencing. Products supplied by Personal Computer Accessories are
not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such.

We strongly urge you to consult with your medical advisor before, during and after purchase in
the event that you are experiencing any health or medical concerns.

For delivery within Arizona sales tax will be added to each item.
